Temora Shire HR Capability Program
Welcome to Building HR Capability for Regional Employers!
This 12-month group coaching program designed to help you build genuine confidence in the people side of your business.
Over the next year, you'll work through twelve monthly sessions alongside a cohort of other local employers from the Temora and Bland Shires, covering everything from the legal foundations of contracts and awards through to performance conversations, workplace culture, retention, apprenticeships, psychosocial risk, workforce planning and attracting the right people.
This platform is your home base throughout the program - you'll find each module's session content, downloadable templates, tools and resources here, available before each session so you can prepare and accessible throughout the year so you can revisit them anytime. By the end of the program, you'll have audit-ready HR documentation, the confidence to handle day-to-day employee relations matters yourself, a strategic workforce plan aligned to your business goals, and a peer network of local employers you can lean on long after the program ends.
