Meet the Team: Jenny Griffiths

Jenny's a local to the region, having grown up around Mt Beauty and now resides in Beechworth.

When not working, you'll find Jenny studying towards her Master's degree or cycling around the countryside. As an avid cyclist, she has three different bikes for the differing terrains, and it's not uncommon to find Jenny whizzing up and down the hillsides or along the flats of the Northeast High Country. When asked about her move to Beechworth, Jenny immediately listed off all the amazing local trails, parks, and roads.

Jenny says the most enjoyable aspect of her work is getting a win for her clients. Whether that’s finding the “perfect candidate,” supporting your business to grow or assisting you achieve positive outcomes in difficult situations, which often arise in HR matters. Jenny also credits the small and close-knit team as her favourite part about Total HRM.

Jenny is the Senior HR Business Partner and has been at Total HRM for close on 3 years now. Linda kept offering her a job and when Jenny had finished her previous role, she asked if Linda had been serious about the job offer and the rest is history.

Jenny is Linda's sister and has an extensive management history in the not-for-profit sector, and a post-graduate qualification in psychology, making her invaluable to the team and our clients. Jenny often assists clients in highly regulated environments to implement change and stakeholder satisfaction.

Jenny is a Jill-of-all-trades in the HR world, but within our team she is also everyone’s support and advocate - always popping on to the Team-chat encouraging and cheering for the rest of the teams wins.

Jenny’s ethos is to live gently and with kindness. If you’ve ever had a conversation with Jenny, you would know that this comes through in all she does.
