Total HRM is a locally based team of passionate HR Professionals dedicated to working with you to achieve your business goals. Our expert team have extensive knowledge across all HR functions, from strategic planning and recruitment, to investigations and exit strategies.

We are fortunate to live and work in this fabulous part of the world.

We enjoy the opportunity to be part of our local community and participate in events across the region.

We work with a variety of not-for-profits and charities who support and implement change within our towns. We believe that helping others succeed is the best way of succeeding. We undertake a mix of pro bono work and provide discounts as a way of assisting these organisations in the important work they do for our community.
