To maintain the integrity of our programs, all registrations for Total HRM workshops and courses are subject to verification.

We may request confirmation of:

• Business registration details (ABN and address)

• Organisational contact information

• Verifiable online business presence

Registrations that cannot be verified may be declined. Payments and refunds are processed only through secure, approved methods and only to the original payer.

We actively monitor for fraudulent activity and report suspicious behaviour where necessary.
