Psychosocial hazards are now firmly part of workplace health and safety legislation, and every employer has a responsibility to understand and manage them.
In this practical one-hour workshop, you’ll learn:
- What psychosocial hazards are and how they can affect your people and your business
- The key responsibilities of employers and managers under work health and safety legislation
- How to recognise common psychosocial hazards, including high workloads, poor workplace relationships, conflict, bullying and inappropriate behaviour
- Practical ways to identify, assess and manage psychosocial risks
- Steps you can take to create a safer, healthier and more respectful workplace
You’ll leave with a clearer understanding of your responsibilities and practical actions you can apply in your own workplace.
