The foundations every new or aspiring leader needs

Great leadership isn’t something you’re simply born with - it’s a set of skills and behaviours that can be learned and developed.

This practical one-hour workshop is designed for people who are new to leadership, preparing to step into a leadership role, or simply wanting to lead with greater confidence and clarity.

We’ll explore the difference between managing and leading, the behaviours that build trust and engagement, and some of the foundations of creating a team where people know what’s expected of them and can perform at their best.

You’ll leave with practical ideas you can apply straight away to strengthen the way you communicate, support and lead your people.

Presented by Lucie Wallis, an experienced HR practitioner and facilitator. Lucie helps business owners and managers navigate the people challenges of running a workplace and brings a practical, down-to-earth approach, making complex HR and workplace issues easier to understand and apply.

Attendance is complimentary, with this workshop provided by Total HRM as part of NSW Small Business Month. Places are limited to 30, so registration is essential. To secure your place, click the red ‘Register’ button.
