She has worked in numerous industries including mining, energy, government and transportation. Her experience in areas such as HR, production, strategic planning, finance, OHS/WHS and Child Care provides her with a unique blend of business and HR capability.
Linda has led comprehensive organisational restructures and implemented programs to improve the effectiveness of businesses with clear alignment between individuals’ contribution and organisational outcomes. She is a Certified Professional Member of the Australian Human Resources Institute. She is a Certified Professional Member of the Australian Human Resources Institute and is a lecturer in Human Resources Management at LaTrobe University.
Ben Engel, a Certified HR Professional (CAHRI), has extensive experience in the delivery of HR services across FMCG, Defence and Manufacturing sectors in regional Australia. Ben delivers on business requirements through a balanced and pragmatic approach to HR. He focuses on assisting employees at all levels to meet and exceed the requirements of their roles. With a background in IT and procurement, as well as his current work as a mindfulness instructor and counsellor, Ben brings a well-rounded skillset and work history to his work as a HR Business Partner at Total HRM.
Jenny Griffiths has extensive management experience in the not-for-profit sector. This experience combined with Jenny's post-graduate qualification in psychology provides her with the skills to manage and support organisations in a wide range of organisational HR areas. Jenny combines her expertise to deliver great workplace culture, change and stakeholder management in highly regulated environments.

Kim has over 20 years human resource and 15 years business consulting experience, along with post graduate business and human resource qualifications.
She has had wide and varied experience in senior consulting roles across varying disciplines as well as HR management positions within retail, manufacturing and professional service sectors.
Carolyn Sammon is a HR Business Partner at Total HRM. She has a strong interest in health and well-being, and is a qualified physiotherapist. For over a decade, she has been involved in growing a business servicing a large regional area of Victoria in planning, surveying and civil engineering. Caz is a graduate of Alpine Valleys Community Leadership Program and has completed post-graduate studies in Regional Leadership. She has extensive experience leading teams in the community and an ongoing commitment to volunteering across numerous platforms from grass roots to Board level.
Cassandra Hall is a Social Media/Marketing Manager and Graphic Designer with over 25 years of experience with diverse industries. Cassandra's excellent technical skills and marketing acumen enable strong advertising campaigns to raise brand awareness.
As the Business Services Manager at Total HRM, David keeps everything that is Total HRM ticking along – from overseeing administration and finance functions, liaising with clients and suppliers to IT trouble shooting and keeping everyone on track to deliver effective customer service to all our clients.
