Linda Griffiths-Brown is the Managing Director of Total HRM and has worked for over twenty years in business and consulting, including executive and senior management roles. She has worked in numerous industries including mining, energy, government and transportation. Her experience in areas such as production, strategic planning, finance, OHS/WHS as well as lecturing in Human Resources Management at LaTrobe University provides her with a unique blend of business and HR capability.
Linda has led comprehensive organisational restructures and implemented programs to improve the effectiveness of businesses with clear alignment between individuals’ contribution and organisational outcomes. She is a Certified Professional Member of the Australian Human Resources Institute.
Carolyn Sammon is a HR Business Partner at Total HRM. She has a strong interest in health and well-being, and is a qualified physiotherapist. For over a decade, she has been involved in growing a business servicing a large regional area of Victoria in planning, surveying and civil engineering.
Caz is a graduate of Alpine Valleys Community Leadership Program and has completed post-graduate studies in Regional Leadership. She has extensive experience leading teams in the community and an ongoing commitment to volunteering across numerous platforms from grass roots to Board level.
Cellina is a Senior Human Resources Professional with more than 10 years’ experience in both private and public sectors. Her approach is collaborative and action oriented. Cellina has a proven track record in developing high performing teams through demonstrating strengths in coaching, training, upskilling and mentoring personnel. Cellina holds qualifications in Business Management, Training and Assessment, Hospitality and Human Resources Management.
With project management capabilities and skills in providing informed and well-evidenced advice to senior management and Board of Directors, Cellina is skilled in driving continuous improvement and strategic change management, to effectively achieve business success.
Deb is our Training and Coaching Lead. She has a passion for people development and has worked in many cultural environments including the UK, Australia, USA, and South America.
Deb has owned and managed her businesses, winning Business awards for her commitment to local communities. She has also worked and developed others’ businesses, most recently as GM for a global company, managing their Australian Business of 100 franchisee travel agencies.
Her experience in teaching in Chicago and Melbourne in Tourism Management, Entrepreneurialism, and Emotional Intelligence, goes hand in hand with her interest in regional development.
Caitlin is an experienced writer with a demonstrated history of working in the writing and editing industry with more than three years cross industry marketing and communication experience in travel, government and engineering. In addition to her work in contracts, policies and procedures, Caitlin works on Total HRM's marketing. utilising her Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) focused in Creative Writing, Professional Writing and Media & Communications from Deakin University.
Jenny Griffiths has extensive management experience in the not-for-profit sector. This experience combined with Jenny's post-graduate qualification in psychology provides her with the skills to manage and support organisations in a wide range of organisational HR areas.
Jenny combines her expertise to deliver great workplace culture, change and stakeholder management in highly regulated environments.
In a business landscape of ‘information overload’, Kim’s pragmatic approach simplifies the ever-changing HR trends and legislation, in order to obtain meaningful and maximum benefits for her clients.
Kim is well known for her ability to understand the ‘real’ issues within businesses and to provide solutions for sustained business growth.
Kim has over 20 years human resource and 15 years business consulting experience, along with post graduate business and human resource qualifications. She has had wide and varied experience in senior consulting roles across varying disciplines as well as HR management positions within retail, manufacturing and professional service sectors.
As the Business Services Manager at Total HRM, David keeps everything that is Total HRM ticking along – from overseeing administration and finance functions, liaising with clients and suppliers to IT trouble shooting and keeping everyone on track to deliver effective customer service to all our clients.
Zeke has graphic design qualifications and combines this with his love of all things IT hardware and software to work on our Social Media and Website.

Zoe’s skills and knowledge encompass all aspects of operational management, recruitment, general HR, learning and development, talent mapping, leadership development and coaching. Having spent the vast majority of her career as a leader within the aviation industry, she has a unique understanding of the complexities within operational environments.
Zoe’s approach uses the skills and knowledge which she has acquired during her time as a leader, and through her formal qualification: Graduate Certificate in Leadership Coaching and Mentoring (QUT), professional coach training and being a member of the Association for Coaching leadership team.
