We understand that every business is different. You may need regular HR advice and services or only a couple of times a year. My HR Help Bank is a flexible and affordable way to get the HR support when you need it.

Select from 100 to 500 minutes and purchase more minutes only when you need them.

We offer a wide range of HR services that you can use your HR Help Bank for including:
• HR advice, issues management and investigations
• Employment contracts, position descriptions and policies
• Facilitation of workshops and training presentations
• On site HR support and coaching (minimum 2 hours)

Top up your HR Help Bank
We provide a monthly statement of your HR Help Bank balance. We will let you know when you need a top up.
