Meet the Team: Zoe Mittendorff

Having joined us in January 2021, Zoe is one of the newest team members to join our growing team. Having spent the vast majority of her career as a leader within the aviation industry leading large teams, Zoe then turned her focus to developing and supporting leaders in organisations. Zoe Has since worked in her own professional coaching business and in the capacity of Leadership Development in the fitness industry before relocating to join us here in Albury.

At Total HRM, Zoe is our Coaching & Training Lead – her focus is improving outcomes for individuals, teams and organisations including coaching and education for Emotional Intelligence, Personality Profiling, Leadership Development and much more. Zoe is deeply passionate about the development of people, in particular emerging leaders, and middle management and developing individuals and teams to achieve better outcomes. Having recently relocated from Brisbane, Zoe is excited to get out there and explore what the Albury/Wodonga region has to offer. She is most excited about the outdoor lifestyle, engaging with the kind and caring locals like she has encountered so far and about the future of the Albury region.

When she’s not working, Zoe is all about the outdoors: you can find her hiking, rock-climbing, or exploring the wine regions. Anything that is adventurous and fun, Zoe will probably try it.

When speaking with Zoe, her passion and enthusiasm is contagious. Since starting at Total HRM three months ago, Zoe is pinching herself for the opportunity which she has been given, “I’m doing everything that I love so deeply and am so passionate about”. Zoe credits the support of her leader Linda, in respecting her strengths and abilities, her new team that share this ethos, and the amazing clients we work that keep her energy and passion high. Every day is different for Zoe and she loves being able to visit our clients and see the diversity within each organisation and how we can contribute differently to each.
