Linda Griffiths-Brown

Linda Griffiths-Brown is the Managing Director of Total HRM, and has worked for over twenty years in business and consulting including executive and senior management roles. She has worked in numerous industries including mining, energy, government and transportation. Her experience in areas such as HR, production, strategic planning, finance, OHS/WHS and Child Care provide her with a unique blend of business and HR capability.

Linda has led comprehensive organisational restructures and implemented programs to improve effectiveness of businesses with clear alignment between individuals’ contribution and organisational outcomes. She is a Certified Professional Member of the Australian Human Resources Institute and convener for her regional network. Linda is an accredited HR Coach and member of the HR Coach Network.

Phil Thorneycroft is a HR Business Partner at Total HRM and has expertise in developing and implementing systems to minimise risk and maximise potential. Phil is a committed professional with extensive background in human resource management, workforce development, and business leadership across a range of disciplines. He has worked for over 25 years in a wide range of industries including Health, Construction, Retail, Transport, Manufacturing and Engineering, with extensive experience in the Vocational Education & Training, Public Service and Not For Profit organisations.

Ben Engel

Ben Engel

Ben Engel, a Certified HR Professional (CAHRI), has extensive experience in the delivery of HR services across FMCG, Defence and Manufacturing sectors in regional Australia. Ben delivers on business requirements through a balanced and pragmatic approach to HR. He focuses on assisting employees at all levels to meet and exceed the requirements of their roles. With a background in IT and procurement, as well as his current work as a mindfulness instructor and counsellor, Ben brings a well-rounded skillset and work history to his work as a HR Business Partner at Total HRM.

David Griffiths-Brown

As the Business Services Manager at Total HRM, David keeps everything that is Total HRM ticking along – from overseeing administration and finance functions, liaising with clients and suppliers to IT trouble shooting and keeping everyone on track to deliver effective customer service to all our clients.
