This goes through recent research into the factors that attract Gen Ys to a job, what motivates them, and ways to keep them in a job.  Relates it back to business strategy for retaining staff in the future.

Hire, Manage, Fire A simple seminar that gives tips on each of these three areas for business owners and managers.  Also provides some statistics on why people leave their jobs.
Who'd work for you? This highlights the importance of creating an employer brand that matches the culture, whilst delivering on the promises it makes.  It talks about the importance of benefits and the link to retention.
The cost of poor recruiting This shows just how costly it can be when not recruiting properly, and that recruiting is more than a sales exercise.  Gives some statistics and examples of good recruiting practices.
The importance of measuring staff This talks about why businesses often don't measure performance or satisfaction and the pitfalls associated.  Shows how measuring staff can save headaches, bring issues to the fore, and show if people are running on a treadmill or contributing to business growth.
The link between Emotional Intelligence (EI) and performance This dispels any myths or confusion about what EI is, and how many businesses are using it to improve performance.  Provides statistics and case studies.

Each seminar is designed to be conversational and interactive with the audience, so that they are engaged and can share experiences with others.
