TESTIMONIAL – Howlong Playhouse

Setting up a new business with no business experience, it is often difficult to see the forest from the trees and fog! Feeling stressed and overwhelmed with the complex issues relating to HR, my saviour came on the form of TOTAL HRM and more importantly Judy Barker. I quickly came to the realisation that Judy was not only interested in my business, but my own well-being. Judy quickly designed a HR strategic plan for my business beginning with the HR Coach Staff Systems. This program provided a well-organised easy to use system that organises all my staffing requirements and is flexible enough to customise documents to my business.

Another very useful tool that Judy provided was a Behavioural profile. This profile was insightful in better understanding who I am and what impact this has when communicating with staff. This led to some personalised training on communication with staff, conducted by Judy. I am now much more confident in managing my staff and establishing myself as a good and visionary leader.
