       About Judy Barker

    Judy Barker is the Managing Director of Total HRM. Judy is a HR/IR Professional known extensively throughout the North East/Riverina. Total HRM helps businesses with the process of recruitment, retaining employees and achieving results for the business.

    Judy's professional background includes National HR Manager for ABS Australia, an Industrial Officer with Australian Industry Group and she has worked with other local multi-national companies such as Norske Skog, in their HR Departments. She has extensive experience working with a diverse scope of industries in the region and a comprehensive understanding of their needs.

    Judy's professional life has enabled her to develop skills and knowledge and understanding the local issues for businesses.

    Her experience extends to, but is not limited to local and international recruitment, strategic management, performance coaching, employee retention, policy writing, and employment contracts. She is also an accredited provider of Everything DiSC.

    Judy is the Albury Wodonga Convenor the Australian Human Resource Institute, the President of the and a network member of HR Coach. With the HR Coach Network and its research, Judy has a strong backing to assist your business.

       About Sue Stanic – HR Consultant

    Since completing a HR/Communications degree in 1995 Sue Stanic has worked in HR roles in Sydney, Melbourne, Newcastle and Albury-Wodonga. Her experience has been gained with various industries, such as Chartered Accounting (Ernst & Young, Lawler Partners and the Institute of Chartered Accountants), Commercial Property (Knight Frank) and Water (North East Water). Sue obtained postgraduate qualifications in HR/IR in 2006 at RMIT, and relocated to the Border with her husband and son in 2009.

    Since joining Total HRM in early 2010 Sue has undertaken projects such as: Policy/Procedure review and development, Co-facilitating an Everything DiSC© Training Workshop, Award interpretation, HR Online Database development and maintenance, developing Fair Work-compliant employment contracts, Performance Management Investigations and Management, and communicating key Policy changes to employees. Sue is passionate about providing relevant and clear Human Resources assistance regardless of whether the client has 15 or 1500 employees.

     

       About Michelle Goding – Office Manager

    Michelle Goding brings to Total HRM an impressive background in Office Administration. Having worked in the Border region for the past 7 years in the medical industry, Michelle is indeed enjoying the challenges that the Human Resources industry provides. Prior to her family's move to North East Victoria from Melbourne several years ago, Michelle and her husband ran a very successful business in the Retail industry. Her extensive administrative experience and skills are a valuable component in assisting with the smooth and successful operation of Total HRM.
